Qualification Required for this job
- The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree
- and at least 1 year of experience
- The ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve a common goal
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- The ability to analyze customer service issues, identify root causes, and make informed decisions to resolve problems.
- The ability to understand customer needs and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- The ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines
- Can communicate in a local accent.
Job roles
- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Developing and managing budgets and resources for the customer service department.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and incorporating new ideas and techniques into the department’s operations.
