Qualification required for this job

• Years of Experience        Min: 3
• Residence Location         United Arab Emirates
• Degree Bachelor’s degree / higher diploma
• UAE driver’s license and own car preferable
• Strong negotiation skills to lead lease negotiations.
• The sophisticated manner with the ability to relate to people, clients, and staff at all levels.
• Computer literate, strong PC and presentation skills.
• Fluent English speaker (both verbal and written).
• RERA Certified to deal with real estate in UAE as well as working knowledge of real estate in countries of operations.

Job roles

• Being aware of market price and possible availabilities in the real estate market in regions/ countries of operations as
• Middle East, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Africa.
• Being the link between Property agents/ Relocation Consultants and external real estate agents.
• Lead meetings between Property Consultants/ real estate agents/owners/ tenants and relocation/ real estate dep.
• Negotiate with the real estate agents externally the commission for 1Step Properties
• Prepare the real estate contracts & lease agreements for the team
• Being in touch with agents or owners to receive the requested documents
• Regularly update the 1StepProperties database with accurate information and pictures on the properties, landlord’s contact
• details & real estate companies 1StepProperties deals with
• Send reports to Director on daily and weekly real estate team activities.
