Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels of assigned products and promptly order replacements when needed.
  • Operate scanning equipment to accurately capture data related to inventory and stock movements.
  • Receive, inspect and store incoming shipments of inventory in accordance with relevant procedures.
  • Ensure proper labeling, tagging and shelving of items within the warehouse or storeroom.
  • Prepare goods for shipment, including packing, labeling and palletizing when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse or storeroom at all times.
  • Participate in physical stock takes as required to ensure accuracy of inventory records and counts.
  • Assist with the training of new employees on inventory management processes and protocols.
  • Report any discrepancies between records and actual stock counts to supervisors immediately for investigation or corrective action when necessary
