Job Responsibilities:

• Package goods for shipment or storage according to prescribed methods, using cartons, containers, parcels, cases, or sacks
• Identify labels correctly on packages
• Verify contents of shipments against shipping documents
• Maintain accurate records of items packed or unpacked
• Load/unload incoming/outgoing trucks
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed when handling merchandise
• Report any damaged items or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately
• Operate equipment such as forklifts when needed
