Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and check incoming stock deliveries against invoices and purchase orders.
• Unload, unpack and store away goods in the appropriate locations in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch according to customer requirements.
• Provide accurate data entry into the company’s inventory system.
• Carry out regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels, order new items when necessary and manage stock rotation activities to ensure freshness of products where applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment in the warehouse at all times, including all storage areas and equipment used for the job role
• Assist with loading or unloading of goods from trucks or containers as required by management
• Use material handling equipment such as forklifts safely to move heavy items within the warehouse
• Assist in other warehouse duties as required by management
